In addition to our 6 ranges of wedding stationery, maddoxdesigns also provide a bespoke wedding invitation and stationery design service.

The degree to which this service can be used ranges from a slight variation to the standard ranges (i.e. alternating the colour of the beads to subtly incorporate the bridesmaids' dresses or the bride or groom's love for a certain football team) all the way through to a complete new design incorporating your own artwork.

how do I enquire about a bespoke design?

how much will it cost?
Generally, payment for bespoke designs consists of a consultancy charge and a price per item for all items required. As all bespoke work involves sourcing products specially for your enquiry it is necessary to charge a one-off, upfront consultancy charge for this service. The consultancy charge covers discussions regarding your design, and also the cost of labour, materials and postage for a sample to be produced.

Naturally the consultancy charge will vary depending on the extent of the work required, however afterwards we endeavour to keep the price per item for all bespoke work in line with existing items offered on the website. Included with your sample will be full price details including postage costs should you subsequently wish to place an order. Please note that for all major orders which differ significantly from our standard ranges we require upfront payment in full.

how do i make an order?
If you are happy with your sample and wish to place an order you can call us on 01623 554547 or alternatively e-mail your order to orders@maddoxdesigns.co.uk quoting the reference provided with your sample in the subject of the e-mail.

From experience, our bespoke clients tend to prefer to contact us once they have received their sample and subsequently place an order by telephone.

Following receipt of an order we will send you an electronic invoice. The electronic invoice is a link which takes you directly to your specific payment invoice on the PayPal website. PayPal is a simple, fast, efficient and more importantly, secure method of payment which you can use without having a PayPal account of your own (although you will be required to register with the site - this is necessary to ensure your details are securely processed).
