We are very busy all year round and early booking is recommended. Ordering your wedding stationery with maddoxdesigns could not be easier:

After selecting your products you can easily place an order using our online booking form, alternatively you may find it easier to discuss your order with us and pay via cheque.

If we are able to complete your booking an electronic order confirmation will be sent to you. The order confirmation outlines all products ordered, the total price and a breakdown of delivery dates; it will also include an electronic invoice for a £50 deposit to guarentee your order as per the payment terms.

The electronic invoice is a link which takes you directly to your specific payment invoice on the PayPal website. PayPal is a simple, fast, efficient and more importantly, secure method of payment which you can use without having a PayPal account of your own. PayPal accepts the following methods of payment:

If you would rather pay by cheque they should be made payable to maddoxdesigns and sent to 18 Blackmires Way, Lakeside Park, NOTTS, NG17 4JQ.

Please note that confirmation of your order guarantees your booking in our diary for a period of 14 days - if your deposit is not received within 14 days then maddoxdesigns are unable to guarantee your booking.

Please do not worry if you are unsure about some of the details at the time you place your order. Having recently been married ourselves, we appreciate that order of service wording is probably not known at this stage - as a starter, some example wordings to give you some ideas can be found here.

After you have placed your order we will contact you to agree the finer details, and also agree a timescale by which we require information from you in order for maddoxdesigns to meet your required delivery date(s).
