payment terms wedding stationery Once your order is approved you will receive an electronic order confirmation. Fifty pounds (£50) is required as a non-refundable deposit and is payable within 14 days of you receiving your order confirmation. Details on how to pay will be included in the e-mail, and can also be found on the order information page. Your order confirmation will include a summary of items purchased, along with any agreed despatch dates and payment dates (if known). The remaining balance for any other items should be received by maddoxdesigns 14 days prior to their agreed despatch date. This is to ensure that enough time is given for the funds to clear as maddoxdesigns will not despatch any items until payment has been received in full.
For all major orders which differ significantly from our standard ranges we require upfront payment in full. For orders which differ only slightly from our standard ranges a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the agreed despatch date.
