As part of your order we would request that you send us a copy of the wording you require which we will then use to design a proof (sample product). Whilst we take great care in producing your proofs, you are responsible for ensuring that the proof is exactly as you want it. Any changes required to the design or the wording must be noted on the proof, signed and returned. We print from your signed proof and any subsequent corrections, not marked on the proof, may have to be charged accordingly.
All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of maddoxdesigns.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material (eg. poems) you ask us to include in your stationery and, in particular, you indemnify maddoxdesigns against any action brought against it for breach of a third party's copyright. In particular, this may apply to the hymns in your Order of Service (your church may already have permission to use these).
All stationery is handmade and therefore small variations may occur. This is due to all items made by maddoxdesigns being genuinely handcrafted.
Shipment will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier if you specifically request this (additional cost payable). If you would prefer to collect the order please let us know. Return of stationery will not be accepted after delivery.
Cancellation of order will be subject to any costs incurred, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment
of the deposit will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
